  • Do you ship your product?
    Yes! Shipping the freeze dried snacks is a flat rate of $15 per order.
  • How do I place an order?
    To shop our products, click "Shop" in the menu and add items to your cart. Choose Checkout when you're done shopping to complete your purchase.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    Credit card payments are used to check out your shopping cart using the Square payment processor. All transactions are processed through Square, we do not store any customer or credit card information.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Our products can be expected between 5-7 business days within Canada.
  • Is there a return policy?
    There is no returns at this time, however if there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@wickedcold.ca to coordinate a replacement shipment.
  • What ingredients do you use in your doggy treats?
    All Wicked Cold products are made with all natural ingredients with no additives or extra preservatives.
  • How long do the treats last?
    Freeze dried foods last anywhere from 25-30 years provided they are stored and sealed properly.
